Workday HR Specialist

To support the Benefits Operations Group, the remote contract Workday HR Specialist I will conduct benefits audits and manage benefits data while working with large data sets. Key responsibilities Conduct benefits audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance Manage and analyze benefits data, focusing on large data sets Collaborate with the team to support an influx of work through the end of the year Required qualifications Experience with Workday, particularly in managing benefits data Ability to work with large data sets effectively Availability to work EST hours remotely Contract availability through the end of the year Previous experience in an HR or benefits-related role is preferred
