Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a premier UK-based B2B lead generation agency. In this role, you won’t just be selling a service; you will be the engine behind the growth of B2B founders globally. We specialize in turning deep market intelligence into real-world results—meaning you will be booking high-value meetings with pre-warmed prospects who are ready to talk business. Key Responsibilities
Execute a high-volume outreach strategy with a minimum of 200 touchpoints per day.
Maintain a balanced multi-channel approach: at least 50% phone-based cold calling, supplemented by personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
Achieve and exceed a monthly target of 12 outbound meetings booked with qualified prospects.
Identify and qualify leads effectively to ensure high conversion rates from initial contact to booked meeting.
Collaborate with the internal intelligence and creative teams to leverage pre-warmed leads and tailored content.
Manage your pipeline and activity daily using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and Slack.
