The role

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating organizational growth by developing and engaging Brand Ambassadors to increase sponsoring, customer acquisition, rank advancement, retention, and overall field productivity within an assigned region. This role executes strategic field development initiatives through coaching, business training, events, and relationship management, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and sustainable market growth. Key Performance Objectives

Drive Regional Sales Growth by increasing organizational volume and market performance through strategic field development and execution.

Consistently Acquire New VIP Customers each month by coaching Brand Ambassadors on effective customer acquisition and sponsoring strategies.

Increase Sponsoring and Rank Advancement by developing leaders, expanding organizational depth, and improving leadership pipeline performance.

Strengthen Customer and Brand Ambassador Retention through relationship-building, business coaching, and ongoing engagement initiatives.

Become a Trusted Field Expert by serving as a knowledgeable and credible resource on products, business strategy, and growth opportunities.

Execute High-Impact Training and Events that improve field capability, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Leverage Performance Metrics to identify opportunities, measure success, and continuously optimize regional business performance.

Performance Accountabilities

Facilitates and attends opportunity events, training events, virtual training, opportunity presentations, group, and one-to-one coaching.

Understand key priorities with the ability to lead and create the way, including:

o Sponsor: Grassroots recruiting includes contacting and converting leads generated by the company, personal networking, identifying and managing events.

o New Brand Ambassador Productivity: Develops new Brand Ambassadors to sponsor and sell products using the company tools and systems.

o Leader Development: Identifies, develops, and mentors Leaders; supports the growth of their lineage.

Works with new Brand Ambassadors in key markets to fast-track recruiting efforts and growth.

Develops quarterly training plans that increase Brand Ambassador base and sales in specified markets.

Understands and utilizes Plexus ’s career plan and product line.

Specific Measures of Job Performance:

o Sponsoring - Meets predetermined sponsoring goals in the region.

o Sales - Meets targeted revenue goals in region.

o Rank Advancement - Promotes Brand Ambassadors to Gold Ambassadors.

o Retention - Maintains Gold Ambassadors and above in assigned region.

o Activation – Ensures activity of new Brand Ambassador in the first 90 days.

Ability to work off-hours with occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Performance Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

5 years of building a Direct Selling business as an independent Ambassador/Distributor with a proven track record of personally recruiting and developing a field organization; must possess prior experience in a corporate-facing or field-development role and have a valid driver’s license.

Knowledge of the Direct Selling industry and practices.

Strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Must be very detail-oriented and possess excellent time management skills.

Thorough knowledge of social selling tools and how to leverage social media to drive recruitment of consultants and enable and empower the consultants for success.

Ability to work well in a team environment and be creative and self-motivated.

Must take a leadership role, strive for excellence, and have a willingness to learn.

Must be able to motivate and inspire people.

Uncompromising morals and values.

Ability to work remotely without daily supervision.

Ability to attract and influence others.

Experience in recruiting techniques in Direct Selling companies.
