Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Security, and Business teams to deliver against quarterly and annual roadmap priorities

Drive clarity and execution in highly ambiguous problem spaces, balancing short-term needs with long-term platform scalability and reliability

Leverage qualitative insights, experimentation, and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, improve member experiences, and optimize product performance

Represent CLEAR with external partners and stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and influence roadmap decisions

Deeply understand evolving industry trends across identity, travel, consumer technology, and enterprise platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

How you'll measure success:

Delivery of product roadmap initiatives that drive measurable business and member outcomes

Ability to create alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and successfully execute against strategic priorities

Development of scalable product foundations that enable future growth across CLEAR’s travel ecosystem

What you're great at:

5+ years of product management experience building consumer, platform, and/or marketplace products at scale

Proven track record of shipping high-quality, innovative product experiences in fast-paced environments

Ability to develop multi-quarter product strategies grounded in customer insights, business goals, and market trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to influence prioritization and decision-making

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences alike

Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across complex cross-functional initiatives

Passion for building seamless, trusted, and customer-centric experiences
