Assistant Retail Property Manager/Property Manager

A Commercial Real Estate team is seeking an Assistant Property Manager seeking short order growth into a Property Manager role for a retail location.

Duties:

• Heavy tenant relations, creating relationships and being proactive about problem solving.
• Accounts Payable for your property, ensuring invoices are entered correctly into the General ledger. Ensure details are correct.
• Vendor management- maintaining records, preventing any duplicates, and serving as a point of contact for payment inquiries.
• Monitor, verify, and process utility payments.
• Travel to inspect properties ensuring safety, cleanliness, and tenant satisfaction. This will occur 30-40% of time, travel to Oklahoma where all means and travel expenses are reimbursed.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Commercial Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager experience.
• Yardi experience
• Able to travel 30-40% of the time
