Others grow, but somehow manage to keep the culture, flexibility and standards that got them there in the first place.

I've been speaking with the Partners over the last few weeks and what stood out to me was how they've grown without losing sight of their people. They've been part of the Sarasota community for more than 50 years, grown to around 140 people across three offices, and still have a really well structured tax team with clear progression and plenty of support.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days just reviewing returns.
You'll work closely with Partners on planning, build long term relationships with clients and help develop the team around you. The client base is varied too, from privately owned businesses to High Net Worth individuals, with exposure to international tax if that's an area you'd like to develop.
The hours are another reason I like this opportunity.
37.5 hours outside busy season. Around 55 to 60 during it. Hybrid working that actually means hybrid, with paid overtime or time back if you work beyond your contracted hours.
