Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare a diverse array of baked goods following production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Arrange your work surface with all the essential supplies and ingredients for baking.
• Arrange the elements through measuring, weighing, blending, dicing, and other necessary tasks.
• Employ baking machinery including ovens, stovetops, and mixers.
• Properly handle kitchen tools, such as knives, to ensure safe cooking practices.
• Maintain proper storage of food in accordance with safety regulations.
• It is important to properly clean and sanitize workspaces, tools, and utensils once they have been used.
• Sustain high levels of customer service and project a positive outlook when interacting with guests, clients, customers, and colleagues.
• Uphold Aramark safety policies, ensuring adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure the security of corporate assets by adhering to specified safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Prospective candidates with prior experience as a baker or in a similar role are preferred for this position.
• Proven understanding of baking practices, benchmarks, and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Certification: Required for acquiring certification in food safety.
• Necessary skills encompass basic math proficiency and counting capabilities.
• Skilled in interpersonal communication, adept in expressing ideas clearly through both written and verbal means.
• Physical Criteria: Must be able to perform physical functions such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing.
• Uniform and PPE requirements could be part of the responsibilities associated with the job.
