About the Role
As an Insurance Service Agent at Roamly, you'll be a key point of contact for our RV and mobility community, helping customers understand their coverage, answering policy questions, and guiding them through their insurance needs.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and wants to help shape processes as we scale. Your day-to-day work will directly shape the customer experience, and the insights you surface from customer conversations will help inform our product and roadmap decisions.
