Assist in specimen collection and properly prepare samples for the testing process.

Thoroughly document all protocols, train new colleagues, and maintain stringent laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a clean and safe working environment, strictly following all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, along with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of employment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective teamwork within healthcare settings.
