Maintenance Gardener/Grounds-man

HIRING - Maintenance Gardener: responsible for maintaining the health, appearance, and cleanliness of gardens, lawns, landscaped areas, and outdoor grounds. The role involves planting, pruning shrubs, watering or adjusting timers, repair/replace pop-up sprinklers, mowing, and general landscape maintenance to ensure attractive and safe outdoor environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns, prune hedges, and edge walkways.
• water, fertilize, and prune flowers, shrubs.
• Remove weeds, leaves, and other debris from landscaped areas.
• Monitor plant health and identify pests or diseases.
• Operate and maintain gardening and landscaping equipment.
• Maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
• Apply fertilizers.
• Maintain clean and attractive outdoor spaces.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and grounds improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plant care and irrigation systems.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
