Commercial Furniture Sales Manager
We are seeking a driven and strategic Commercial Furniture Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, develop new business, and build strong client relationships across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Work closely with the account management team to align customer needs with company offerings
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on key metrics
- Create, improve, and scale sales processes for efficiency and growth
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members as the company grows
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Previous startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building sales systems or processes from scratch
- Familiarity with commercial furniture applications across healthcare, office, hospitality, education, retail, industrial workspaces, and public-sector or government environments
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Experience managing a small sales team

Territory
We are currently hiring in the following Florida counties:
- Lee
- Charlotte
- Collier
- Pinellas
- Hillsborough
- Manatee
Compensation and Benefits
- W-2 employment
- Gross margin commission = Selling Price – Cost of Goods Sold: 30% to 50%, depending on commercial furniture sales experience
- Quarterly bonus for hitting quota
- $10,000 bonus after reaching $1 million in sales
- Health insurance: 60% employer-paid medical premium
- 401(k) eligibility
- After reaching $2 million in sales, eligibility for a company-issued credit card for approved business expenses and a company vehicle
