Title: Marketing Technology Analyst / Martech Execution Specialist

Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Technology Analyst with strong execution capabilities to support a growing martech function. This individual will help bridge business needs with technical solutions and contribute directly to platform-level work across the marketing technology stack, including an upcoming CRM transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation and execution across marketing platforms

Collaborate with stakeholders to: Understand business requirements

Translate into system solutions

Assist with CRM migration planning and execution

Work across Martech tools to: Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions

Provide tactical support to senior team members on active initiatives

Ensure alignment across systems (email, data, media, CRM)

Working Model:

Remote / flexible location

Collaborative team environment

Works closely with solution leads and platform specialists

Required Experience:

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred (or similar)

Working knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems

Experience executing within platforms , not just managing them

Ability to understand: Data flows

Customer data structures

Cross-platform integration

Preferred Background:

Product Analyst / Technical Product Analyst

Martech Consultant / Specialist

Experience across multiple platforms (CRM, email, CDP, etc.)

Key Traits:

Execution-focused problem solver

Technically curious and self-sufficient

Comfortable operating in evolving/undefined environments

Able to quickly build context across systems

Experience Level:

~6–12 years preferred

Strong balance of hands-on + functional understanding
