Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC/LMFT)

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) provides high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional, relational, or mental health challenges. Working collaboratively within an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare team, the LMHC/LMFT supports patients across the care continuum by offering therapy, care coordination, and psychoeducation in a supportive, trauma-informed, and confidential environment
