Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible Schedule | Home Instead - Make a Difference in the Lives of Older Adults

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Baltimore County. This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one interactions with clients and families.

As our RN, you will play a key role in ensuring quality care by conducting client assessments, and providing training and support to our Care Professionals who deliver personal care services in the home.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial nurse assessments for new personal care clients
• Complete ongoing reassessments and updates to Plans of Care
• Provide education, guidance, and training to Care Professionals
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and Home Instead standards
• Support quality assurance initiatives and client satisfaction

Position Details

• Part-Time / As Needed
• Flexible Schedule
• Approximately 12–15 hours per week
• Field-based assessments throughout Baltimore County
• Some office hours are required

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Home care, hospice, case management, or community health experience a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Baltimore County
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

• Pay per completed assessment
• In-office administrative hours paid at an hourly rate
