Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Position: HVAC Service Technician / Installer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential HVAC systems
• Knowledge of split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, and mini splits
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration components
• EPA Certification (preferred)
• Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have own basic HVAC tools

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform complete HVAC installations and changeouts
• Conduct maintenance and system tune-ups
• Ensure clean, professional job sites
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• Follow company and safety standards
