Build‑A‑Plumber Overview
Build‑A‑Plumber is a training program with Morris‑Jenkins to develop Drain Technicians. No plumbing experience is required. Pay during training starts at $18/hr.
Classes begin April 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Attend classroom and lab training sessions.
- Ride along with technicians on service calls.
- Perform basic plumbing duties such as installing garbage disposals, faucets, and clearing drains from bathtubs, showers, and sewer mains.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history and acceptable background record.
- Clean drug screen results.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Commitment to company values.
- Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks.
- Good with tools and able to use hand equipment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
