About the Role

The Connecticut Team is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team in Wethersfield, CT.

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity designed for individuals looking to build experience in account management, customer relations, sales, and business development. No prior account management experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed for success.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers, support client campaigns, and learn how to manage and grow accounts within assigned territories. You'll gain practical experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, sales strategy, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Represent client products and services through face-to-face interactions
  • Support customer acquisition and account development initiatives
  • Deliver personalized consultations and recommend solutions based on customer needs
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and account management
  • Collaborate with team members to execute client campaigns and improve results

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other customer-facing experience preferred
  • Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous development
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required

Position Details

Location: Wethersfield, CT (In-Person)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM

Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $55,000-$65,000, including commission
