Are you a dynamic property management leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments? The Coral Company is seeking an experienced Association Manager to lead operations at a large-scale residential property while inspiring teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
This is an opportunity for a highly organized, proactive leader who can confidently manage large teams, anticipate operational needs before they arise, and bring energy, accountability, and professionalism to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate large on-site teams across operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and customer service
Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing team members
Serve as the primary relationship manager for Board members, residents, vendors, and clients
Oversee day-to-day operations of a large residential property with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and service excellence
Manage budgets, financial reporting, vendor contracts, capital projects, and operational performance
Build strong vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality service and cost efficiency
Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all property operations, reporting, and resident communications
Anticipate challenges proactively and drive solutions with urgency and professionalism
Deliver polished written and verbal communication with clients, residents, and internal leadership
Respond confidently during emergencies and maintain a strong operational presence
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of residential property management experience, ideally in large-scale HOA, condo, or high-rise communities
Proven success leading, motivating, and developing teams
Strong experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, residents, and vendors
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong financial and operational management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, service-focused environment
Professional presence with a high level of accountability and ownership
