Outside Sales Representative (B2B) – Glass & Mirror Industry

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in Arizona. This role is focused on building strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the glass and mirror industry.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales who thrives in a relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing sales territory, maintaining strong relationships with current customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial and residential markets
- Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity within CRM or reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B outside sales experience (required)
- Experience in the glass, mirror, and building materials industry is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales Budget
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory
- Valid driver’s license and required to travel within the state of Arizona
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Ability to read plans/specifications (a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
