Leading a team of technical project managers, the full-time Senior Manager of Technical Projects will oversee the execution of complex customer service delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and stakeholders while managing high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of high-impact customer service delivery projects from design through activation Ensure compliance with engineering standards and proactively identify risks related to project delivery Mentor team members and drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field 8-12 years of experience in technical project management within telecom or related infrastructure Minimum of 3 years of people management or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of fiber network architecture and service delivery processes Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies
