Our Lead Ecommerce Retail Associate is responsible for overseeing daily production, training team members, monitoring productivity and quality, providing excellent customer service, researching donated items for online sales potential, creating accurate online listings, moving product through each stage of production, coordinating material flow, and ensuring daily production goals are met.
Qualifications include previous supervisory experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency with computers and online systems, and experience in retail, online resale, jewelry, pawn, consignment, or a related environment.
