Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized dish station at all times
Support kitchen team with basic prep tasks (when needed)
Take out trash, recycling, and maintain cleanliness of disposal areas
Ensure floors, mats, and work areas remain clean and safe
Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages
Follow all health and safety guidelines strictly
Assist with closing duties to ensure kitchen is reset for the next day
Skills
Strong work ethic and reliability (this is non-negotiable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Team player mindset—no ego, just execution
Attention to cleanliness and detail
Physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs)
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
