What You'll Be Doing

• Perform GTAW/TIG welding on stainless steel pipe in 6G positions
• Produce high-quality full-penetration welds for critical systems
• Complete open-root welds on various pipe schedules
• Execute proper fit-up, alignment, beveling, and joint preparation
• Perform back purging to ensure clean internal weld quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and fabrication drawings
• Fabricate process piping systems, structural components, stairs, ladders, and custom assemblies
• Maintain high-quality, inspection-ready welding standards

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3–5+ years of TIG welding experience
• Strong stainless pipe welding background
• Proven 6G welding experience
• Open-root and purge welding knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Commitment to quality and weld integrity
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship

Bonus Skills

• 2" Schedule 80 stainless pipe experience
• High-pressure piping systems
• Process piping fabrication
• Oil & Gas industry experience
• Flux Core and MIG welding capabilities
• Shop and field installation experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Litchfield Park, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
