• ase.Continuously sources applicants for potential openings; maintain a pipeline of qualified individu
• als.Conducts screening interviews to identify qualified candida
• tes.Provides meaningful feedback and recommendations on candidates to the Talent Acquisition Business Part
• ner.Identifies candidates for key positions, and develops the relationship required to effectively recruit for current or future positi
• ons.The Sourcing Recruiter will work in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Business Partner’s to post open positions and publicize the role within social media forums, job boards, universities or other chann
• els.Works with Talent Acquisition Business Partner’s to engage with Hiring Managers to gain a better understanding of the recruiting ne

• alent.Undergraduate degree with experience as a Sourcing Recruiter on a Talent Acquisition team or comparable exper
• ience.Demonstrates knowledge of roles within ICON and the ability to communicate these effectively with external candi
• dates.Previous experience recruiting passive candidates in highly competitive markets in the United States and Canada req
• uired.Proven ability to identify suitable candidates and match them to open positions in the USA and C
• anada.Has knowledge of recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems and external job web
• sites.Demonstrates the ability to screen external candidates effectively and provide interview
• notes.Experience in the clinical research, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in a recruitment capacity is pref
• erred.Required to work 3 days from our Raleigh, NC o
