Senior Multimedia Video Editor - YouTube & Podcast - WFH / Dayshift

Join a fast-paced digital media team producing engaging long-form video and podcast content for a large online audience. We're seeking an experienced Senior Multimedia Editor with strong expertise in YouTube editing, multicam podcast production, audio syncing, and social video creation. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-quality content across multiple platforms while collaborating with creative and editorial stakeholders in a dynamic content environment.

Edit and deliver high-quality long-form YouTube videos and multicam podcast content, ensuring strong pacing, story flow, visual continuity, audience retention, and overall watchability.

Manage end-to-end podcast editing workflows, including three-camera setups, picture and audio syncing, camera selection, timeline management, and final output preparation.

Create engaging social media cutdowns from long-form content, including highlights, captioned clips, short-form videos, and platform-ready assets.

Perform post-production enhancements including audio clean-up and balancing, motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, captions, transitions, and branded visual elements as required.

Prepare, export, and optimise content for YouTube, podcast video, social media, and other distribution channels while maintaining consistent quality and brand standards.

Organise and manage footage, project files, audio assets, graphics, templates, captions, exports, and editing resources while adhering to established workflows, file structures, naming conventions, and deadlines.

Collaborate with editorial, content, production, and creative teams to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, identify workflow improvements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
