We're seeking a Project Manager in the Bay Area to lead commercial interiors, tenant improvement and renovation projects for an established general contractor.
Our client is a highly respected commercial builder known for responsive service, long-term client partnerships and delivering high-quality projects through collaboration and accountability. This is an opportunity for a Project Manager who values ownership, enjoys working directly with clients and wants the autonomy to lead projects from precon through closeout.
You will take ownership of project execution, leading budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, project financial performance and client communication while driving quality, safety and successful project outcomes.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results
