Family Health West (FHW) in Fruita, Colorado is ready to welcome a bright, hard-working

Advanced Practice Provider to its busy and growing Orthopedic program. The ideal candidate will be

enthusiastic, possess empathy, have a “patient first” mentality and interested in working full-time. This

APP will work closely with orthopedic surgeons to evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions related to

general orthopedics (hip, knee, and shoulder with a focus on joint replacement and reconstruction).

Responsibilities will include providing patient care in both the clinic and operating room settings,

offering pre- and post-operative care, conducting comprehensive physical exams, interpreting diagnostic

tests, and collaborating on the development of individualized treatment plans.
