Landscaping Partners is is adding established landscaping, lawn-care, irrigation, and outdoor-property-service businesses in the Orlando metropolitan area.

Approved providers perform paid residential and commercial customer work within the cities and ZIP codes they choose to cover.

Provider openings are limited by service area. When sufficient coverage is established in a territory, new applications may be paused until additional capacity is needed.

This is a project-based, business-to-business independent-contractor opportunity. It is not an hourly, salaried, or employee position.

Available customer opportunities are matched with approved providers based on:

• Services offered
• Approved service territory
• Provider pricing
• Current availability
• Crew size and job capacity

Local Landscaping Partners supports customer acquisition, customer communication, scheduling, payment processing, and job routing.

Providers retain control of their businesses and independently:

• Choose the services they perform
• Select the cities and ZIP codes they cover
• Establish their pricing
• Control their schedule and capacity
• Review opportunities before accepting them
• Use their own employees or crews, vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Decide how much additional work they want to accept
• Can try a few jobs before making more capacity available

There are no application fees, lead fees, or upfront costs.

AVAILABLE WORK

Opportunities may include:

• Recurring and one-time lawn maintenance
• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Leaf and outdoor-debris removal
• Mulch installation and bed maintenance
• Shrub, hedge, and ornamental-tree trimming
• Planting and landscape improvements
• Sod installation and lawn restoration
• Aeration, overseeding, and dethatching
• Drainage and grading work
• Irrigation repair and installation
• Hardscaping and retaining walls
• Snow and ice services
• Residential and commercial grounds maintenance

Actual opportunities depend on customer demand, season, territory, services offered, provider pricing, and availability.

PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should:

• Own or operate an established landscaping or lawn-care business
• Be the owner or authorized company decision-maker
• Have professional landscaping or lawn-care experience
• Have reliable transportation and appropriate tools and equipment
• Have capacity to accept additional customer work
• Carry general liability insurance or obtain it before activation
• Be able to provide a completed Form W-9
• Be prepared to provide recent work photos or a business profile
• Complete accepted work reliably within the approved service area

Applicants who do not yet have insurance may request information about obtaining a quote.

Current coverage needs may include:

Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Baldwin Park, College Park, Dr. Phillips, Bay Hill, Windermere, Winter Garden, Horizon West, Lake Nona, Celebration, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Lake Mary, Longwood, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Clermont, and nearby communities.

Providers choose the cities, ZIP codes, and travel radius they are prepared to service.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Apply through Indeed and complete the screening questions.

Qualified applicants will be invited to complete two short onboarding steps:

• Submit a provider business profile
• Schedule a Provider Qualification Call

Applicants should have their Certificate of Insurance available for upload if possible.

The qualification call is used to review services, territory, capacity, insurance requirements, provider payments, and current Orlando-area opportunities.

Apply while openings remain available in your preferred service territory.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
