Dispatcher

The Dispatcher's primary responsibility is to ensure all routes and work orders/deliveries are scheduled and organized in the most efficient and optimized method daily. Dispatcher shall also assist in a customer service role and answer phones during high call volume times. Dispatcher shall assist sale persons with customers' requests.
Prefer bilingual: English and Spanish
Complete the "route analysis spreadsheet" daily and input values
Input customer and salespersons orders daily
Answer Texas Johns incoming phone calls
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient with computers, Microsoft applications and phone systems
Role requires person to sit in an office environment
Position hours are M-F and some weekends as needed. Occasionally, a shift will run long into the evening hours
