Job Description:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at FastLap, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to join our team. In this role, you will lead and execute recruitment strategies with a specific focus on sourcing top talent, onboarding new hires, and talent analytics. Your efforts will directly have an impact on our ability to achieve our strategic goals and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Actively source and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Online Presence Management: Post job openings and update company profiles on, job boards, and other digital platforms to attract top talent.
- Candidate Outreach: Send personalized and compelling messages to potential candidates, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers and the People team to refine job descriptions, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Building Talent Pools: Identify and organize qualified candidates into a talent pool to quickly address both immediate and future hiring needs.
- New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive transition and integration into the company.
- Tracking and Reporting: Regularly update recruitment metrics and share reports to highlight progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Talent Analytics: Analyze recruitment and workforce data to identify trends, improve sourcing strategies, and enhance overall talent acquisition outcomes.
- Ensuring Compliance: Follow all relevant laws and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant recruitment and onboarding practices.
Qualifications:
- Deep passion of customer focus and service.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, talent analytics and communication. Automotive Service provider experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data using Excel, including creating pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Compensation:
- Annualized Salary Range: $61,360 to $70,720
