Line Cook – Scratch Kitchen
Location : Anchorage, AK
Pay: $21.75/hour
Schedule: Facility operates 7 days a week; schedules assigned within operating hours
Available Shifts
- 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
TDL Staffing is seeking dependable and experienced Line Cooks to join a busy Anchorage kitchen preparing fresh, from-scratch meals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in quality food preparation, and works well as part of a team.
The right candidate will have hands-on cooking experience, the ability to follow recipes consistently, and a strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meals using fresh ingredients and established recipes
- Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation
- Assist with daily prep work and kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Work efficiently with kitchen staff to support meal service and production
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years of cooking experience in a commercial or scratch kitchen preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to gain post access (Real ID or Passport required)
- Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
- Must support a drug-free work environment
