A motivated front desk administrative assistant who will be the first point of contact for our clients. Additionally, this position provides a broad range of administrative and database support for Management and other departments. This role will require to be onsite 5 days a week, paying $18-23/hr depending on work experience.

Desired Experience 2-5 years of experience in administrative support.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette

Knowledge of office policies, practices, and procedures

Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Front Desk Responsibilities Answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.

Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.

Maintaining accurate records of project information, contracts, and correspondence.

Typing, photocopying, filing, and other general office duties.

Assisting with payroll-related tasks such as employee time record-keeping for the payroll department

Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace, lobby, and coffee station.

Providing excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
