Job Overview:

This role offers a competitive hourly wage along with an activity-based bonus payment. Earn a base hourly rate plus additional payments based on your activities throughout the week.

• Base Pay: $18 per hour
• Holiday Pay: $220 per day

Eligible Activity Payments:

• Daily Tenure Rate: $3 - $36 per day after one year of service
• Cent per Mile: $0.40
• Detention Pay: $22 - $26 per hour
• Drop and Hook: $30 per stop
• Live Load/Unload: $45 per stop
• Hazmat Load: $25
• Refrigerated Load: $30

Additional Approved Activities:

• Bay Congestion: $30 per occurrence
• Chassis Moves: $10 per move
• Cross-town Moves: $15 per move
• Compliance Duties: $22 per hour
• Driver Assist: $10 per occurrence
• Driver Unload: $45 per occurrence
• Empty Moves: $15 per move
• Empty Search: $22 per hour
• Long Length of Haul: $20 per occurrence
• Lowering Hazmat Placards: $22 per hour
• Mechanical Breakdown: $22 per hour
• Non-mechanical Rail Delay: $22 per hour
• Refused Delivery: $30 per stop
• Show Up Pay: $60 per occurrence
• Safety Training: $22 per hour
• Truck Order Not Used: $15 per occurrence
• Waiting on Power Unit: $22 per hour
• Yard Work/Checks: $22 per hour
• New Hire Training: $22 per hour
• Rest Breaks: Paid at the hourly rate plus additional bonus activity pay.

Average Annual Earnings: Drivers in this position have earned an average of $71,000 over the past year.
