  • Communicate professionally with clients and potential clients
  • Use Attorney Backed Agents® approved language and marketing materials
  • Educate clients on the benefits of attorney-backed real estate support
  • Identify client questions or transaction issues that may need attorney involvement
  • Stay in your real estate role while working within the Attorney Backed Agents® process
  • Attend required training and onboarding sessions
  • Follow team and platform standards for communication and client care
  • Build your local business using a stronger client value proposition
  • Represent the brand professionally in your market
  • Help clients feel more confident through the buying or selling process Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker
  • Professional, coachable, and committed to client service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to follow systems and use approved processes
  • Interest in building a business around trust, protection, and confidence
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate CRM and marketing technology
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently

Expected payout is 100k plus per year depending on average sales price.
