A Day in the Life: As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Assist in the daily operations of our ecommerce department by responding to customer emails and inquiries about posted items.
- Facilitate customer pickups and resolve issues with support from the Internet Sales Associate or supervisor.
- Support various areas within the department to ensure smooth processes and efficient procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of antiques and collectibles.
- Proficient computer skills, including internet and web utilization.
- Able to identify and sort quality merchandise.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures.
