This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a highly successful and expanding organization that offers strong long-term advancement potential.The ideal candidate will have accounting experience within the construction industry; however, candidates coming from manufacturing environments will also be strongly considered.ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statementsAnalyze financial results and support management reportingMaintain and improve internal controls and accounting processesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and project/job cost analysisPartner with operations and project management teams on financial mattersAssist with audit preparation and external reporting requirementsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
