Compliance & QC Analyst II

CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Compliance & QC Analyst II to help grow our Compliance Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. The Compliance & QC Analyst II is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and supporting compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations that govern the company’s operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, research, and resolve compliance and quality control issues. The role serves as a subject matter resource to internal teams, supports audits and quality control reviews to assist with the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and training.
