We are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team. This is a high-volume communication role focused on engaging homeowners, managing appointments, and supporting our sales team through consistent scheduling and follow‑up.
This is a fast‑paced, phone-based position ideal for individuals who are comfortable in a high‑activity environment and enjoy speaking with people throughout the day.
Compensation & Benefits
$20/hour base pay
$55,000-$75,000 total annual earnings (base + commission)

What You'll Do
Spend most of your day speaking with homeowners to confirm or reschedule existing appointments
Schedule new appointments for the sales team with interested homeowners
High-volume outbound dialing environment focused on qualifying homeowners and scheduling appointments
No cold calling - all contacts are existing homeowners who have already engaged with Bath Center or requested information
Build rapport and maintain professional communication with homeowners
Track all interactions and update CRM records accurately
Work closely with the sales team to support appointment success and follow‑through
