Christian Roofing is seeking an experienced Residential/Commercial Roofing Estimator specializing in HOA, Property Management, and Commercial accounts throughout Southern California. We are looking for a proven roofing sales professional with strong estimating skills, leadership experience, and a track record of high production.

Key Requirements

• Proven annual sales history of minimum $1.5 million, with references to verify performance
• Strong background in roofing sales
• Experience in production management and supervisory roles (huge plus)
• Experience working with HOAs and property management companies preferred
• Ability to conduct inspections, develop scopes of work, and prepare accurate proposals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections (residential, multi-family, and commercial)
• Prepare estimates for re-roofs, repairs, and maintenance programs
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications
• Develop and maintain relationships with HOA boards, property managers, and commercial clients
• Attend meetings and site walks as needed
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution

Compensation

• Salary/Base Pay + Commission structure available
• Pay based on performance
• Pay scale to be negotiated
• Six-figure income potential
