WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll drive event production and strategy for our flagship external events and tier 1 internal events, while leading the development of a three-year Executive Program strategy. You'll also partner with us to build the event measurement, strategy, and ops infrastructure that scales our entire event portfolio - a chance to shape how a high-growth company thinks about events as a business driver.
You'll report directly to the VP of Global Events and work across our event, agency, creative, sponsorship, and demand generation partners to execute 6+ major global programs annually. Your work will span strategy, creative, logistics, speaker sourcing, budget ownership, and the data that proves ROI. You'll build playbooks and templates that make future events faster and smarter.
Executive Program Strategy - Spearhead the development of a comprehensive three-year Executive Program strategy and roadmap. Define objectives, target audience segments, experience models, measurement frameworks, and go-to-market approach
Forge Flagship External Events - Drive key workstreams for our flagship conference and other owned, customer-facing programs, including venue management, creative, F B, AV, and attendee experience. You'll own reporting on attendance, engagement, and pipeline metrics while building playbooks that guide future iterations
Internal Events - Manage strategy, logistics, and ROI for Sales Kickoff and our annual incentive trip. These are brand and culture moments - you'll ensure they hit their engagement and business objectives
Event Measurement Reporting - Work with our analytics team to define KPIs and build dashboards across our owned events and 200+ regional events. You'll help us continue moving from "how many people showed up?" to "what pipeline did this generate, and what should we do differently next time?" This is core strategy work
Global Playbooks Templates - Codify what works. Build repeatable ops workflows, vendor templates, creative briefs, and speaker contracts so every event is smarter and faster to execute
