Your New Role:
Do you have proactive instincts that keep you two steps ahead and aware of the needs of your team before they ask? Do you have a natural way with people? This busy real estate agency is looking to add a Property Management Coordinator to join their team.
In this role, you’ll support the Executive VP of Operations and property management staff with creating and maintaining files for properties, vendors, and tenants. Strong attention to detail will be crucial as you create property reports, monitor correspondences, and track statements. You’ll also support lease reviews and audits. This position has great growth potential!
This role is 100% in-office.
