TWC Michigan is seeking an experienced Carpenter General Foreman to lead crews and support our mission of delivering high-quality work while ensuring every employee goes home safe-every day. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise concrete crews in daily operations
Plan and coordinate work to meet project schedules and deadlines
Promote and actively participate in TWC's IIF safety culture
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
Conduct daily huddles, safety talks, and hazard assessments
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Oversee quality of work including forming, pouring, and finishing
Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
Qualifications
3+ years of concrete construction experience (leadership/foreman experience preferred)
Strong understanding of concrete operations and job site coordination
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and teamwork
Commitment to maintaining a safe, incident-free work environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
