About the Role: Catering Sales Manager

As our Catering Sales Manager, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow catering revenue, increase market share, and achieve established sales goals.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding coordinators, and community partners to generate repeat and new business.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, prospecting, and client engagement.

Partner with Operations, Banquets, Culinary, and Revenue Management teams to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and exceptional guest experiences.

Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership to support business decisions.

Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering professional development and promoting best practices in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.

Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals and contracts, and negotiate catering agreements that align with hotel revenue objectives.

Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and community organizations to strengthen brand
