We are currently seeking an experienced:
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT)
PRN
Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
Responsibilities
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
- Provide in-house therapy in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
- Collaborate with local management support to deliver quality patient care.
Qualifications
- EDUCATION:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- CERTIFICATE / LICENSE:
Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
- EXPERIENCE:
Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
