Job Overview

V24 Works is currently seeking Commercial Painters to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves performing painting and finishing work on commercial construction and renovation projects while maintaining quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial interior and exterior painting
• Prepare surfaces including sanding, scraping, patching, and priming
• Apply coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment
• Protect surrounding areas using masking and covering materials
• Mix paints and prepare materials according to project specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of painting experience required
• Experience with commercial or residential painting
• Ability to use brushes, rollers, and painting tools
• Ability to work on active construction job sites
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding when required
