Inside Sales Support Representative

To support B2B sales initiatives, the full-time Inside Sales Support Representative will manage client relationships and assist with order processing in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with business clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Assist in processing orders and providing product information to clients Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products Required qualifications Experience in sales support or customer service roles Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Knowledge of B2B sales processes and practices Ability to work independently in a remote environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus
