Basic Qualifications
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality are required, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Flexibility to work varying hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to adhere to store operational standards, ensuring quality beverages and food items, cash handling, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in a role focused on customer interaction and meeting their needs
- Experience in preparing and guiding the preparation of food and drinks according to standard or customized recipes, including adjustments for temperature or ingredient substitutions
- At least six months of experience in task delegation to other employees or coordinating the work of two or more team members

You can accrue up to 40 hours of paid vacation annually after an initial period. Sick leave is earned at one hour per 25 or 30 hours worked, subject to local regulations.
