Managing customer order processing, the temporary Customer Service Support Operator will oversee the order-to-delivery lifecycle, serve as the primary contact for inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency while working onsite three days a week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays in Cary, NC. Key responsibilities Oversee the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle for assigned customer accounts Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely issue resolution through phone and written communication Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and maintain accurate records of customer interactions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or account management Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain management principles
