Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content submitted on social media platforms, ensuring all material aligns with community guidelines, platform policies, and legal requirements applicable to Polish-speaking audiences.

Identify, investigate, and take appropriate action on potentially harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content across social media channels, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and spam.

Utilise internal content moderation tools and workflows to accurately categorise and escalate high-priority trust and safety issues to senior review teams in a timely manner.

Analyse emerging trends in online harmful behaviour, misinformation campaigns, and coordinated inauthentic activity across Polish-language social media content.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional trust and safety teams, policy specialists, and legal stakeholders to ensure consistent and fair enforcement of platform guidelines.

Provide detailed written assessments and well-reasoned decisions on complex content cases, maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality in every review.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes, policy documentation, and escalation frameworks within the social media trust and safety environment.

Maintain a high standard of data integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive user information and case documentation in accordance with GDPR and internal compliance requirements.
