As a Director for Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing the classification, recruitment, staffing, processing and program management functional areas and provide expert advice to the senior leaders. Directly supervise highly complex nationwide human resources programs in recruitment and placement, position management and classification, staffing, and hiring.
